The Art of Suffering Wisely

with Kyle Kloostra

Most of us have been taught—explicitly or not—that we should avoid pain at all costs. But what if the real transformation begins not when we run from suffering, but when we learn to meet it with wisdom?

Join us for a deeply reflective workshop that explores the nature of suffering—not just physical or emotional pain, but the inner unraveling that happens when our identity feels threatened. Through teaching, guided practices, and honest reflection, you’ll begin to:

• Understand the difference between pain and suffering

 • Learn how your mind constructs identity—and how that impacts your experience of distress

 • Practice skills for meeting suffering with clarity and compassion

 • Cultivate a wise and compassionate relationship with your inner life

This is not a quick-fix event. It’s a grounded invitation to relate to your experience differently—to move through difficulty with greater courage, clarity, and grace.

You are not your pain. And you don’t have to suffer alone.

Space is limited. Please bring a journal.
